SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

RELEASES/PREORDERS

Please allow 2-5 weeks for production & arrival of all items, unless otherwise specified. Production starts at the end of every business week (Friday). Once shipped you will receive a shipping notice. Please allow 3-5 days for you order to arrive once it is in transit.

PREMADE ITEMS

On hand (ready to ship) items ship within 1-3 days after the order is established. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 24-48 business hours. Items are shipped via USPS for domestic orders.

TRANSIT TIMES

Our transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, weather issues or other variants out of our control.
 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days International Shipping: Please allow for 10 to 14 days for delivery. 

note : International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is the responsibility of the customer and out of our control. 

ORDER PROCESS INFORMATION

Orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

CANCELLING ORDERS/RETURN POLICY 

Due to an order can’t be cancelled once a shipping label has been made, All sales are FINALIZED. Any additional questions or concerns please contact us via email.

LOST PACKAGES 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.

ADDRESS CHANGE

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.
